ALAMANCE COUNTY FAIR: Congratulations to James
for winning BEST IN SHOW - Adult entry. His watercolor
entitled "Saying Grace" will be entered into
the 2010 North Carolina State Fair.
James won 6 blue ribbons, 2 second place and 1 third place at the Alamance County Fair, May 2010.
Carolyn won 2 first place ribbons, 3 second place ribbons, 1 third place and 2 honorable mention ribbons at the Alamance County Fair 2010.
Artists James and Carolyn Teague will be the July 2011 Featured Artists at the Burlington Artists League Fine Arts Gallery.
Our reception will be Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 2 - 4 pm, Burlington Artists League Fine Arts Gallery located in the Holly Hill Mall and Business Center, 309 Huffman Mill Road, Burlington, NC 27215. Watercolor Classes at Alamance Community College
Painting: Watercolor – Fall & Winter Harvest **
Learn techniques for sketching, mixing colors, and applying watercolor paints to the paper to achieve a variety of desired effects. The instructor works with students of all levels from beginner to advance. In this class, students will learn how to paint a variety of harvest themes including leaves, flowers and fruits. *A supply list given at the first class.
